Rules & Regulations

1. Participants who opt for THE ACTION TRACE 21KM, you will have 31 Days to complete the challenge. E-Bib can be downloaded from "My E-Bib”, RIGHT AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED.

2. Participants must complete the run and required to upload your proof of run photo online at www.beestorm.com.my under "MY RUN". Photo must contain proof of completed running distance. (PLEASE WA IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE +60178232310).

3. Participants are encouraged to post photos on their Instagram or Facebook accounts with the following hashtag: #beestormvirtual. Photo of the participant is not required but it would be awesome if you could upload your pictures and tell us about your experience on our Facebook page.

4. Proof may be in the form of phone screenshots of your preferred running apps or photo of your wearable devices or treadmill screenshot that clearly shows the record.

5. Finisher medal and finisher tee will be delivered to participants as stated dedicated dates via courier on a weekly basis after we have received the ONLINE proof of race completion. (Please expect some delays for Public Holidays or weekends)

6. Delivery of entitlements will be made directly to registered mailing address which is provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver will be borne by the participant.

7. No self-collection is allowed. All participants are advised to wait for finisher medals to be delivered to them.
8. Results should be submitted by THE DATE GIVEN. No submission will be entertained after that date. ALL RACE ENTITLEMENTS will be deemed as unwanted and will become the property of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to dispose or redistribute the entitlements in any manner deemed appropriate.

9. To dispute parcel or item missing/never included in parcel/broken/torn, customers are advised to make a safety recording BEFORE opening the parcel. Customer needs to record front & back parcel and while opening the parcel until taking out the items from parcel entirely. IF WE DON'T HAVE THIS, WE CAN'T PROCEED TO REFUND OR RETURN ITEM. Or any applicable.
