Rules & Regulations

1. Participants who opt for the 42KM WOLF RUNNER, you will have the whole month of February to complete the challenge (from 1st February 2018 to 28th February 2018). E-Bib can be downloaded from "My E-Bib"
2. Participants must complete the run and required to upload your proof of run photo online at www.beestorm.com.my under "MY RUN". Photo must contain proof of completed running distance.
3. Participants are encouraged to post photos on their Instagram or Facebook accounts with the following hashtags: #beestormvirtual & #wolfrunner. Photo of the participant is not required but it would be awesome if you could upload your pictures and tell us about your experience on our Facebook page.
4. Proof may be in the form of phone screenshots of your preferred running apps or photo of your wearable devices or treadmill screen that clearly shows the record.
5. Finisher medal and finisher tee will be delivered to participants starting from 20th March 2018 via courier on a weekly basis after we have received the email proof of race completion.
6. Delivery of entitlements will be made directly to registered mailing address which is provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver will be borne by the participant.
7. No self-collection is allowed. All participants are advised to wait for finisher medals to be delivered to them.

8. Results should be submitted by 10th March 2018. No submission will be entertained after 10th March 2018. All 42KM WOLF RUNNER VR entitlements will be deemed as unwanted and will become the property of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to dispose or redistribute the entitlements in any manner deemed appropriate.
